The ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 16 Women's Running Shoes features technologies such as Fluid Ride, a 2 layered midsole construction featuring a combination of both SpEVA and Solyte. The latest evolution in ASICS midsole technology, FluidRide™ provides the ultimate combination of bounce back and cushioning properties with reduced weight and exceptional durability. The upper construction, (FluidFit™), combines multi-directional stretch mesh with stretch reinforcements that adapt to the athlete's foot, creating a truly customized glove-like fit.

Additional benefits include an independently placed eyelets (Discrete Eyelets) dispersing lace tension, creating a customized fitting environment and enhanced upper comfort. While Guidance Line®, a vertical flex groove Trusstic System®, integrates Guidance Line® construction for enhanced gait efficiency while providing midfoot structural integrity. The Exoskeletal heel counter also provides improved support and creates improved heel fitting environment.
